You could recreate this by just cutting stars out of cardboard of even using the 3D card stars from my tutorial here. All you need to do is cover them in little bits of tape. The end!

DIY Washi tape star garland
Today is proving to be a bit of an odds & ends day where I'll see what I can make from things just hanging around the house. Once again i've found another way to use my washi tape and some of the left over salt dough stars I made the other week.
